SBCSS's CTE/ROP office offered OHHS Mock Trial Students a Micro-Internship through the American Inns of Court , where students learned about the skill of Negotiation with attorney Danielle Finney. Students engaged in a role-play activity where they used their negotiation skills to try to reach agreement on the terms of a contract between pop artist "Taylor Quick" and the fabulous "Magic Palace Arena" (all fictitious). It was so much fun! Our students were so engaged and really impressed the law partner with the knowledge and skill. We are looking forward to more opportunities to coordinate with the legal industry in the future! #futurelawyersfromOHHS
