A Message from the Athletic Director
It’s great to be a Bulldog! Bulldog athletic teams have set the bar high and are always working to raise it higher. The Bulldog baseball team are 2011 and 2013 CIF Division 5 Champions! Boys soccer has reached the CIF Finals three times and Division II State Finals once. Bulldog Wrestling has had an undefeated State Champion in Robert Marchese with a 51-0 record, and has been runners-up in CIF Duals, Individuals and Masters.
During our first four years of Mojave River League play, we have had 23 league championships (Boys Soccer 4, Baseball 4, Boys Tennis 4, Boys Basketball 3, Softball 3, Wrestling 2, Girls Basketball 2, Volleyball 1) making us the most successful program in the Hesperia Unified School District during that time frame. This year Boys Basketball reached the CIF Semifinals for the first time in school history. Girls Basketball reached the Quarterfinals for the first time in school history.
I am proud of our experienced coaching staff. We have six coaches currently on staff that have been named San Bernardino County Coach of the Year: Coach Kistner, Coach Stidham, Coach Goodman, Coach Rios, Coach Story, and Coach Mora.
Bulldog facilities are some of the best in the High Desert. With our 5,000 seat football stadium, 2,000 seat gym and our baseball/softball complex, every Bulldog has a great venue to compete in and we continue to make improvements.
We look forward to building upon and maintaining a program that Oak Hills can be proud of and giving our athletes an opportunity to be successful. It’s a great time to be a Bulldog!
