Bulldogs’ Team Doctor…Dr. Hambrick (from Victor Valley Chiropractic) will be on campus giving sports physicals for the new school year. Cost is only $20.00.

Bring your physical card and concussion form, completed and signed by parents along with your $20 payment to the Health Tech office at Oak Hills High School to take advantage of this convenient opportunity.
All athletes must have a sports physical and concussion form on file in order to participate in Oak Hills High School athletics. Sports Physicals must be up-dated every school year. Forms are available in the athletic office or by clicking on the link below.
